The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.
Heal for 30 after hitting at least one enemy with Defiance.
Hitting a player with Revolver Heals you for 75.
Reduce all active Cooldowns by 50% after getting an Elimination.
Increase the distance of each Nether Step dash by 5%.
Heal for 120 after activating Nether Step.
Successful hits with your Revolver increase the damage of your next Defiance by 20%, stacking up to 100%.
