What is Elo+ (Elo Plus)?
This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Armor
Increase your maximum Health by 100.

Reflexes
Iron Sights
Reduce the time it takes to bring up Iron Sights by 75%.
Level 5
Firing Stance
Iron Sights
Increase your Movement Speed by 40% while using Iron Sights.
Level 4
Compensator
Iron Sights
Reduce your weapon recoil by 60% while using Iron Sights.
Level 3
Burst Mode
Weapon
Switch your rifle to Three-Shot-Burst mode, increasing your effective range and firing three 210-damage shots every 0.4s.
