Reduce the Cooldown of Hunter’s Mark by 1s.
Reduce the Cooldown of Fire Bomb by 3s.
Nade Launcher has 3 charges, but reduce the damage of each to 650.

Advance gains a 3rd charge and activating Advance while standing still causes you to jet upwards.
