What is Elo+ (Elo Plus)?
This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.
Overwhelming Force
Generate 3% Ultimate charge after getting Killing Blow or Elimination while Designated Sights is active.
Level 3
Snap To It
Reduce the time it takes to bring up Designated Sights by 20%.
Level 2
Clean Shots
Reduce your weapon recoil by 60% while using Commanding Leap.
Level 3
Tactical Fire
Weapon
Generate 2 Ammo after getting a Killing Blow or Elimination while Designated Sights is active.
Level 2
Fire and Maneuver
Armor
Increase your Movement Speed by 30% for 2.5s after getting a Killing Blow or Elimination.
Level 5
Asymmetric Warfare
Distortion Field now damages enemies for 200 every .5s for the duration of Distortion Field and heals allies for 125 every .5 seconds while inside of the field.

Gain 24% Lifesteal against targets Slowed by Net Shot.

Reduce all active Cooldowns by 14% after getting an Elimination.

Reduce the Cooldown of Heroic Leap by 2.5s.

Increase the jump strength of Heroic Leap by 10%.

Heroic Leap
Hitting at least one champion with Heroic Leap reduces its Cooldown by 5s.

Ensnare
Net Shot
Increase the damage you deal to targets Slowed by Net Shot by 20% and increases the duration of Net Shot's Slow by 0.5s. The damage increase lasts a minimum of 2s.
