The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Heal for 250 over 2s while in Smoke Screen.

Armor
Increase your Movement Speed by 14% while Out of Combat.
Level 2
Confound
Poison Bolts
Reduce the Cooldown of Smoke Screen by 1.5s for each enemy hit by Poison Bolts.
Level 3
Cloak
Hidden
Increase the duration of Hidden by 5s.
Level 5
Debilitate
Poison Bolts
Increase the damage done by Poison Bolts by 25% and the rate at which they deal damage by 75%.
