What is Elo+ (Elo Plus)?
This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Increase your Movement Speed by 15% while Hidden is active.
Level 3
Emergency Exit
Hidden
Automatically enter Stealth after dropping to or below 30% Health. This can happen once every -15s.

Shadow Affinity
Hidden
Reduce the Cooldown of Hidden by 4s.
Level 4
Decrepify
Poison Bolts
You do not consume Ammo for 1.5s after hitting an enemy with Poison Bolts.

Smoke and Dagger
Smoke Screen
Benefits from your Smoke Screen cards also benefit allies who enter Smoke Screen and allies are Healed for 100 every 1s while in your Smoke Screen, but Smoke Screen no longer applies Stealth to you.

Reduce the Cooldown of Battle Shout by 3s.

Commander's Grab
Generate 15 Ammo after activating Commander's Grab.
Level 3
Lian's Shield
Bulwark
Your Shield now regenerates at 120% effectiveness, and regenerates even while it is active.
