The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

While Deflector Shield is active 8% of damage dealt to you is instead dealt to the Shield.

Increase your Movement Speed by 12%.

Suspect Everyone
Armor
The Health of Deflector Shield is increased by 350 and its Cooldown is reduced by half if it is destroyed by an enemy.
