The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Dodge Roll
Increase your Movement Speed by 50% for 1.5s after using Dodge Roll.
Level 5
Exaction
Dodge Roll
For 8s after using Dodge Roll, your next weapon shot's damage is increased by 30%.
