The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Increase vertical movement of Death Wings by 10%.

Reduce the Blood cost of Swarm by 10% while an ally is marked by Blood Hex.

Reduce the effect of Crowd Control for allies within Swarm by 20%.
