The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Reduce the damage you take by 16% while at or below 40% Health.

Nine Lives
Reduce the Cooldown of Nine Lives by 1s.

Increase the damage of each of your daggers from your first dagger sets within 5s of Prowl ending by 30%.
