The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Reduce the Cooldown of Nether Step by 4.8s after hitting an enemy with Defiance.

Disrupt
Reversal
Reduce the Cooldown of Reversal by 2.4s.
Level 2
Vengeance
Defiance
Heal for 150 after hitting at least one enemy with Defiance.
Level 5
Godslayer
Reversal
Reversal always fires back and does an additional 800 damage.
