This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Generate 18 Ammo for each enemy hit with Frag Grenade.
Level 3

Frag Grenade
Reduce the Cooldown of Frag Grenade by 2s for each enemy hit by it.
Level 2
Scramble
Hustle
Reduce damage taken by 9% while using Hustle.
Level 3
Compensator
Iron Sights
Reduce your weapon recoil by 100% while using Iron Sights.
Level 5
Cardio
Hustle
Heal for 300 per second while using Hustle.
