Each arrow of Rapid Shot reduces the Movement Speed of any enemy hit by 20% for 2s.

Crippling Arrow
Reduce the Cooldown of Crippling Arrow by 1s. Crippling Arrow now Silences and Slows enemies by 15% for 2s instead.
