The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Increase your Healing received by 6% while your Bulwark is active.

Never Surrender!
Battle Shout
Reduce the Cooldown of Battle Shout by 3s.
Level 5
Into the Breach!
Battle Shout
Increase your Movement Speed by 16% for 3s after activating Battle Shout.
Level 2
Storm of Bullets
Weapon
Increase your Attack Speed by 40%, but reduce your damage-per-shot by 25%.
