The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Precision Sights
Every weapon shot made while Precision Sights is active has an 24% chance to not consume Ammo.

The Health of Deflector Shield is increased by 350 and its Cooldown is reduced by half if it is destroyed by an enemy.
