Reduce the Cooldown of Shell Spin by 100% after falling to or below 40% Health.

Surf
Shell Spin
Increase the travel distance of Shell Spin by 20%.
Level 2
Crashing Wave
Shell Spin
Reduce the Cooldown of Shell Spin by 1s for each enemy it hits.
Level 1
Half Shell
Shell Shield
Shell Shield is placed on the ground instead of channeled around you, and lasts 2s longer.
