The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Reduce the Movement Speed penalty while drawing your Longbow by 60%.

Crippling Arrow
Reduce the Cooldown of Crippling Arrow by 1.2s.
Level 2
Skewer
Crippling Arrow
Hitting an enemy with Crippling Arrow reduces the Cooldown of Rapid Shot by 1.2s.
Level 2
Run Like the Wind
Withdraw
Increase your Movement Speed by 21% for 3s after using Withdraw.
Level 3
Desert Silence
Crippling Arrow
Reduce the Cooldown of Crippling Arrow by 1s. Crippling Arrow now Silences and Slows enemies by 15% for 2s instead.
