The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Blast Shot
Increase the radius of Blast Shot's explosion by 20%.

Impulse
Blast Shot
Blast Shot has its damage increased by 150 and its Cooldown decreased by 2s.
