The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Increase your Reload Speed by 40% for 5s after using Poison Bolts.

Healing Vapors
Smoke Screen
Heal for 375 over 2s while in Smoke Screen.
Level 3
Debilitate
Poison Bolts
Increase the damage done by Poison Bolts by 25% and the rate at which they deal damage by 75%.
