The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Reduce the maximum inaccuracy of your Pistol by 32%.

White Knuckle

Reduce the recoil of your Pistol by 24%.

Unauthorized Use
Flare
Flare deals 250% base damage, has significantly increased Projectile Speed, and has its Cooldown reduced by 10s, but no longer Reveals enemies.
