The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Tendril
Reduce the Cooldown of Dark Siphon and Obliteration by 2s after activating Tendril.
Level 5
Unyielding Pressure
Your Dark Siphon now deals an additional 10% of the target's maximum Health as damage over 1.5s.
