The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Poppy Bomb
Increase the effect of Poppy Bomb’s Knockback by 45% and cause Poppy Bomb to explode on contact with any surface.
Level 3
Royal Subjects
Weapon
Increase the radius of Sticky Bombs' explosions by 20%, but reduce maximum Ammo count by 2.

Every Soul Orb stack you detonate increases your Movement Speed by 4% for 4s, up to a maximum of 15%.

Weapon
Your Movement Speed is increased by 24% while any enemy is marked with a Soul Orb stack.

Shadow Travel
Increase your Movement Speed by 16% while Shadow Travel is active.
Level 2
Spirit Leech
Restore Soul
Regenerate 8 Ammo every 0.5s while channeling Restore Soul.
Level 4
Ebon Dynamo

Increase your maximum Ammo by 4.

Soul Collector
Rend Soul
Each Soul Charge you detonate with Rend Soul increases your maximum Health and weapon damage by 2% until you die. Stacks up to 12 times.
