Reduce the Cooldown of Second Chance by 2.5s.
Generate 3 Ammo after hitting a fully-charged weapon shot.
Generate 1 Ammo after hitting an enemy with Setback.
Setback becomes a lobbed explosive, capable of Rewinding multiple enemies.
