The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Victory Rush
Weapon
Increase your Movement Speed by 20% for 4s after getting an Elimination.
Level 2
Poisoner
Poison Bolts
Reduce the Cooldown of Poison Bolts by 4s.
Level 5
Emergency Exit
Hidden
Automatically enter Stealth after dropping to or below 30% Health. This can happen once every -20s.
Level 4
Decrepify
Poison Bolts
You do not consume Ammo for 1.5s after hitting an enemy with Poison Bolts.
Level 3
Debilitate
Poison Bolts
Increase the damage done by Poison Bolts by 25% and the rate at which they deal damage by 75%.

Heal for 280 every 1s while channeling Restore Soul.

Every Soul Orb stack you detonate increases your Movement Speed by 1% for 4s, up to a maximum of 15%.

Restore Soul
Reduce the Cooldown of Shadow Travel by 1.6s after activating Restore Soul. This can only occur once every 5s.

Restore Soul
Increase the range from the main target at which Restore Soul's secondary Healing can target allies by 30%.

Poppy Bomb
Increase the effect of Poppy Bomb’s Knockback by 45% and cause Poppy Bomb to explode on contact with any surface.

Hitting with more than one Sticky Bomb on a use of Detonate increases the damage of each explosion after the first by 30% of its base damage, up to 150%.

Dome Shield
Dome Shield now costs 40% Ultimate charge and places a Flamethrower Turret with modified values and no Shield. Can have two active at once.
