What is Elo+ (Elo Plus)?
This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Reduce the Cooldown of Shatter by 1s.
Level 2
Spring Bloom
Illusion
Reduce the Cooldown of Illusion by 2.5s when an Illusion dies to an enemy.
Level 5
Pursuit
Shatter
Increase the Movement Speed of Illusions by 24% during Shatter.
Level 3
Harmony
Shatter
Heal for 52% of the damage dealt by Shatter.
Level 4
Rewind
Dimensional Link
Spawn an Illusion with 20% Health when you swap to the spot of a dead Illusion.
Level 1
Resonance
Shatter
If an Illusion is killed or expires, it triggers a Shatter explosion, dealing 550 damage. Also increases the effectiveness of your Shattered Illusions Movement Speed and Explosion Radius.

Explosive Dodge
Reduce the Cooldown of Grappling Hook by 1s after activating Explosive Dodge.

Reduce your active Cooldowns by 4s after getting a Killing Blow while in Burst Mode.

Night Watch
Trigger Discipline
Generate 8 Ammo when you activate Trigger Discipline.
Level 2
Never Look
Armor
Increase your maximum Health by 200.
Level 4
Red Room
Trigger Discipline
Increase your Movement Speed by 12% while in Automatic fire mode.
Level 3
Tribunal Upgrades
Heavy SMG has three elemental effects: Fire imbued Mag Dump -- dealing damage over time, Electrically charged burst mode -- dealing AOE damage on stacks, and Ice infused Automatic -- shots slows enemies.
