This is our proprietary skill rating calculation. This has nothing to do with official game ranking or MMR.
The purpose is to show player skill levels relative to other players, not estimate MMR.

Reduce the Movement Speed penalty during Power Siphon by 15%.

Calamity Blast
Generate 10% Power Siphon charge for each enemy hit with Calamity Blast.

Reduce the damage required to generate a Calamity Blast charge by 400.

Shatterfall Stuns enemies hit for 1s, but no longer Slows.
